Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

United States: 8 to 18 days from the date you order. That is 1 to 3 business days of processing plus 7 to 15 days in transit.

Your order ships directly from our manufacturing partner rather than from a local warehouse, which is why delivery takes longer than a domestic retailer. We state this on the product page rather than hiding it here.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all United States orders. No minimum spend.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 3 to 5 days after dispatch before it begins updating.

Customs and duties

We do not collect import duties or taxes at checkout on United States orders. In the rare event that a charge applies, it is the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived 25 days after purchase, contact us and we will either resend it or refund you in full. Your choice.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photograph within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can only change an address before the order is dispatched, so contact us immediately if you need a correction.
